Duchess Scores Leonard Cohen's Muse Of The Laboratory Lithograph
Certain music stores are offering the Muse Of The Laboratory lithograph as a bonus for purchasing Leonard Cohen's Old Ideas CD, and it became the Duchess's desire to obtain one.

and luxuriates in the glamor bestowed upon a blogger's spouse.
Now, DrHGuy has been faithfully blogging about Leonard Cohen and his friends for years. Heck, the Canadian singer-songwriter-icon has even professed a certain liking for DrHGuy. So, clearly it would require no more than than a simple request from Dr Heck to the Cohen organization to obtain what is, after all, now a promotional poster.
Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha
Goodness, let me catch my breath. No, it doesn't work that way. DrHGuy was not, for example, one of those who received an early copy of the Old Ideas album for review. Nor was he invited - or even made aware of - those fancy-schmancy listening parties in Paris, New York, Los Angeles, ... . DrHGuy's personal Old Ideas CD was, in fact, purchased by the Duchess from Amazon.
And it was the Duchess who stopped at a local (Durham, North Carolina ) emporium of musical delights that, indeed, had a single copy of the Muse Of The Laboratory lithograph remaining. Calculating the economic impact of purchasing a second Old Ideas CD to secure the bonus poster, the Duchess explained her plight to the merchant, who - and this kind of thing happens a lot - handed over the lithograph to her without charge.
